PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
We accept Paypal (please note you do not have to have a pay pal account)
Australian customers can also pay via Direct Deposit (if you choose this option we will email you our bank details).
For customers outside Australia we ONLY accept payment by PayPal
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Delivery is at no cost to the customer anywhere in the world.
All orders are processed and dispatched the same or next business day using standard Australia Post once payment has cleared
Please Note: Free Delivery does not apply to bulk orders .
Approximate delivery times are:
Australia: 7-10 business days ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED
All Other Countries: 10-15 business days
BULK ORDERS
Orders of 15 tags or more please email sales@petnametags.com.au for a quote.

GUARANTEE
If you're not satisfied with your purchase we will re-engrave your tag or offer a payment back guarantee for up to 30 days. Please email us with the details of your request and we will happily work through a solution you are happy with. Once we have established a suitable outcome, simply return the tag with a request to correct the details or request a payment refund and we will happily honour your request once the item has been returned.
